Familiar street sites in Denver, just down the road from here

My weekend was full of art, baseball, corgis and antiques. I am highly caffeinated today to manage my sleepy eyes.

Yesterday after the Rockies won (and the top of my legs were seriously sunburned) my friend told me about the Denver Chalk Art Festival in Larimer Square. We headed over and took a walk around all the chalk art drawings. It is amazing what people can do with chalk, water and pavement. Oh, and rain? Not your friend at this festival. Most artists managed to freshen up their chalk art after a little rain shower on Saturday and some were still working away to finish their pieces late Sunday afternoon.
